Urban Eden - Turning Cities Green by Starting an Urban Gardening Movement

To influence the sentiment towards green spaces in cities, we plan to establish so-called “Eden Hubs” which constitute centres for people to exchange knowledge and be part of the Urban Eden community while experiencing best practice solutions for urban gardening. These endeavours are to be financed and reinforced by our social product: The Urban Eden Platform. The latter comprises three different products as well as the possibility to share or rent (out) spaces for urban gardening. Among the products there is a freemium planning tool for urban gardens, a shop providing the tools one might need for bringing his or her perfect garden to life and a subscription-based service for businesses to build and take care of gardens.
